The essentials of all websites

Each and every website is unique however there are some very common standards that should be taken into account no matter what type website you are buying.
When approaching any web design company always make sure you know about the following points and make sure they are covered in the solution you decide to buy. After all, if any of the following essentials are not present in a solution you buy, you will probably have to pay more later to get it done or even worse.

Cascading Style Sheets. (CSS)

CSS makes red text red and blue text blue and positions all the elements on your webpage however this was not always the case. Styles on websites used to be applied inside the HTML (See next) and this made code very cluttered and therefore very hard for the search engines to read. CSS has made the web a much cleaner place and is so important in some countries web designers must even provide CSS that validates - by law.
